Start a new holiday tradition with Tulip Valley Farms and VW's Skagit at "A Very Highland Christmas" this winter! Join us at VW's Skagit location for holiday shopping, events/activities, and get your photos with our micro-mini Highland cows!
For $30, your group of up to 4 people will get up close and personal with the cows for your most memorable "Santa" photos yet! The cows will be located IN the greenhouse November through December, so no need to worry about the weather.
To make it simple and less expensive, our staff will use your cell phone to take ALL the photos of you with the cows during your 10 minute session. Fifteen minute professional photographer mini sessions are also available for $75 on Wednesdays.
*The cows run the show, so we cannot guarantee you'll be able to get into the pen with them during your session. We CAN guarantee that our staff will do their best to keep cows and people healthy, safe, and happy. If you are not able to get into the pen with the cows, we'll do our creative best to get you as close as possible and still have some safe fun.*
Starting November 14th, you'll be able to enjoy hot chocolate and Christmas cookies before/after you visit the cows and do some holiday shopping! Pre-reserve your hot chocolate experience to save time and money.
Get 10 minutes with the micro mini Highland cows for the best...or not...holiday photos ever! The cows are in charge, so who knows what exactly will happen and the photos you'll get, but we guarantee it will be an experience to remember!Bring your phone fully charged and our staff will have you feeling like movie stars with all the photos they take and you get see immediately.*The cows run the show, so we cannot guarantee you'll be able to get into the pen with them during your session. Spend about 25 minutes with the cows by brushing them, feeding them, and giving them some treats! Of course, take all the photos you want and let our staff know if you want them to take some, too. For up to 4 people; children must be accompanied by an adult IN the pen.
I, and all my dependents, assume all risks of entering a fenced mini/micro Highland cattle enclosure (injury/illness/property damage from animal behavior, horns, gates/fencing, footing, manure/hay, insects/zoonotic illness). To the fullest extent allowed by WA law, I release Tulip Valley Farms/VW's Skagit and their owners/staff/volunteers/contractors/insurers from all claims arising from the experience, including ordinary negligence. I'll follow the rules/instructions; removal without refund. I will indemnify/defend Release Parties for claims caused by me or my minor/guest.Additionally, I understand there will be no refunds if my party cannot get into the pen with the cows for safety reasons and recognize that I may have to get photos outside the cow pen.
Cow Treats
Reserve a cup of treats you can feed to the cows! We must control how many treats they get each day, so guarantee your cup by reserving it.

Every person more than 4 requires an additional fee for Cowmas photos.
